Look:The Insole to get... I have owned a few different types of insoles, from the Spenco (Green) in some Nike Shox, to these Montrail. The thing that makes these Montrail’s valuable is that most shoes don't come with adequate insoles...they just put in a cheap sock liner. These Montrail are made to be heated in an oven @ 225 degrees for 2 minutes then inserted in your shoe. Step into your shoe and stand idle for 2 minutes and feel the insole mold to every crevice and arch in your foot. The result is an insole that feels second nature -- like a sock to your foot. It is the only insole I have ever owned that provided adequate support...heck, it actually molded to the shape of my foot so of course it did! Look:Not as expected - These are very hard and must be heated. Then they should conform to your foot. Look:These are great insoles! I love these insoles. I often have foot pain and have tried various orthotics, but these insoles are much better than my orthotics. They are cushy, and mold to my feet. They fit very nicely in all my shoes. I highly recommend them. Look:No more foot tiredness - I'm a painter, and I'm on my feet all day, every day. I replaced the insoles of my shoes with these insoles and it has eliminated all foot pain I had at the end of the day. These are amazing. They're supportive, cushioned, stiff enough to stand on a ladder for hours, but flexible enough to walk in easily. Look:Great soles! These were recommended by my podiatrist for pain I was having from heels spurs. He said he had found them in an article in a runners magazine. They mold to your feet after placing them in 200 degree oven for about 2 minutes. I could tell an immediate difference! They are fantastic and very reasonably priced.
