I, too, found the toe box to be a little tight. I did select a half size larger but it's still a bit snug for my big toe. After 1 month of use, and adjusting the laces, I found a spot that works but I'm thinking I should have gone up a full size. I use these to walk about 2 - 3 miles every morning, and I no longer have sore feet and blisters, so I am so satisfied! Look:Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support A bit too hard inside - Though I have very flat feet, overpronate and am a women's size 11 - 11 1/2 I found the sole of this running shoe a bit too hard and the slight bump for the arch was set too far back towards the heel. Occasionally I have heel pain with my flat feet and the sole of this shoe aggravated this. Besides that, everything else about the shoe was comfortable. Also, I prefer shoes to be a bit darker since they get dirty so quickly. It's rare I buy a shoe with so much white on it. I bought a pair of GT02130's (blue and silver) that were a better fit for me...lots of room in the toe box and fit perfectly around my nonexistent arch and heel. I have *extremely* flat feet and have given myself an ankle issue thanks to the over-pronation (that I was never aware of before the injury). I recently joined a fitness club and have been doing treadmill walking. Every time I would come home and have sore, aching feet that nearly had me in tears. Tonight I walked in these shoes for the first time, and they are FABULOUS!! Wonderful ankle support, the arch support is just right, the shoe overall is firm without being uncomfortable -- it's great. Just wonderful. I did order a half size larger based on another recommendation, and I'm glad I did. I would advise others to do the same. My feet do not hurt, my ankle is not all wonky, and these shoes were comfortable from the get-go. I can't speak highly enough of these! This is the only pair that was narrow enough in the heel to support my foot without slipped and provided enough control. Its light weight makes it superior to the Brooks Ariel & Addiction and NB's 1223 - they don't feel like bricks on my feet and my time doesn't suffer (another shoe to try with a little less stability is the Brooks Trance).
