Fast Feet + Sweet Shoes = Great Times - This pair of track spikes screams for speed. This is a great spike for a pure sprinter 100-400 meters. It has a great spike plate which gets you on your toes. At 4.5 ounces it blows the competition away. This spike might be light, but feels great to run in. I only use these spikes for 110 and 300 hurdle races and love them. The spikes have 3 fixed spikes on each shoe and 3 removable spikes for a total of 6 spikes on each shoe. I was worried before I purchased these spikes that in the middle of my 300 meter race my calf would burn because you spend so much time on your toes. To this day I have had no problem with my calves in any of my races. These spikes are expensive, but worth the cost.

Other shoes recommended by reviewer: All ASICS shoes are great, but for a great training shoe try ASICS GEL-Landreth 3.

Superb Running Shoe - This is the lightest shoe I have ever worn. I am constantly looking for the newest and lightest shoes on the market and so far this is the best shoe I have found.
