NB has always been a favorite shoe of mine. Wear thin black socks as part of your uniform, and these shoes are by far the most comfortable ones out there. Well worth the wait. Very very nice shoe. I will buy them again when needed. Zappos has very FAST shipping. I ordered 2 EE width. They do run a 1/2 size small. Order a 1/2 size larger than you take. Thanks Zappos. Once I put them on, my feet melted into them. So I figured, who cares how they look, they feel great. Much to my surprise, women seem to flock to me when I wear these shoes!
