This shoe fits me perfectly like it was made for me. If your foot is not so narrow, you may order a size larger. Also, if you are b/t 5 and 5 ½, then go for 5 1/2. It is a very comfy shoe and well vented. My feet don't get so hot. This shoe is extremely lightweight, and so comfortable that it requires no "breakin in" whatsoever! I have very narrow feet with high arches, and am very hard to fit, but I literally went running/walking in these shoes the afternoon that I received them. No blisters! It took two tries to get the size right. (They run short in length). This particular style is great if you're looking for a lightweight, non-bulky sneaker. I use them for my workouts and everyday walking. They are not extremely supportive around the outside of the foot, but still great. They felt a little snug, but hopefully they will stretch out with more wear. Top
