Have always like NB shoes--but not these. They are comfortable on the feet but after walking for thirty or forty minutes my ankles hurt terribly. It happens every time I walk with them so something in the construction and my walking stride just don't work together. Runs a little bigger than typical 12s, but NB usually do for me. Also, has some built in padding along the outside of the footbed which may feel a little weird at first but gives great support once you start working out in them.
