The left shoe however did rub against the back of my ankle but in about 3 days after wearing them I had no more rubbing. Can't say too much for them because it's the wife that wears them, but she really liked them. True to size and looks nice. One thing I can say about Zappos, their customer service is awesome!!!! I needed these shoes within 3 days for a cruise that we are taking; I paid for 2nd day Air and the next thing I know the shoes were delivered the next day. They upgraded my order to Next Day at no charge and without me even asking for it.
