Look:I actually bought these for my 91 year old Mother; she is a Wii player and a walker. I had to buy a 1/2 size larger, but she loves them and found them to be very comfortable and great arch support. Thank you so much for your great service. I just love Zappos. Look:I walk three miles a day wearing these shoes and I love them. The mesh sides do not press against my bunions, so I have no foot pain at all after my daily walks. Look:These shoes are extremely comfortable. I purchased them in a wide and they have really helped with some of the troubles I was having with my feet. They are not so tired and sore at the end of the day. After a couple of weeks of wear, I noticed the left shoe coming apart at one seam. I called Zappos and they sent a new pair out the next day. Look:I unfortunately had to return these shoes. I ordered them because I usually have good luck with Nike, and was kind of excited to see a pair in a wider width. When I got them, however, I discovered that they were narrower than my current pair of Nikes, which are not wide. That makes no logical sense. If you are looking for something with a wide width, stick to New Balance. They are more expensive, but totally worth it. I have arthritis in my knees and hips, and find it very uncomfortable to walk in shoes that are heavy, even sneakers. The Nike Air Shoo-In is very light and comfortable. The one thing I am not crazy about is the way the heel sole sticks out as it is strange looking, but I suppose there must be a reason that I don't know of that Nike designed this shoe that way. Also, a little more padding in the shoe would be better for me, so I simply use a Spanco insole, and it is fine. I decided to walk to help maintain my health and a walking shoe was definitely on the list of things I needed. These shoes were super cute. I originally purchased a size 8 wide. I usually wear a 7.5 in most shoes and an 8 in others. When I got the shoe is was too large and too wide. I sent the first pair back and got a size 7.5 wide. It was perfect. The shoe feels great and looks great. There is no better way to be motivated to have a healthy life when you know you look good doing it. I'm scheduled to leave for rural Romania in a couple of days – and just broke my little toe. A friend suggested I try a wider shoe, so these were among the ones I ordered. They are not quite as wide as some of the others (perfect for me), and are incredibly comfortable. There is good support, and they seem to walk easily. What I am finding especially nice is the fact that the entire front side is fabric, and non-constricting. If you have any "little toe problems" this is a good shoe to try. What I don't like – the heel sticks out in the back more than it appears to do in the photo.
