The actual width of the 4E is not any wider than that of a size D. The toe box is narrow, and my feet still hang over the side. The heel is so wide that my feet slip right out when I walk. NB should make the actual shoe wider for 4E instead of just lazily adding more material to the heel. I order it in my size and it not only feels a full size too small but the EE isn't even close. I could barely get this shoe on my foot and when I did it was horrible. If you’re a real man with real man feet then go to a store to try it on first. I love Zappos but my only gripe is not being able to test fit it first.
