This shoe did not work for me. I'm 6’1” 185lb 40-50 mile per week runner. I have been trying a few different shoes of late. Have high arches, wide but thin bony feet with a narrow heel. They did not provide enough cushioning for me. I tested this against the Asics Cumulus-10. The Cumulus-10 provided more cushioning and overall comfort for me. I used the GT-2130 with a replacement high arch insole. They are supposed to be kid's size but the youth size is actually perfect for women. I am so glad that I ordered the chianti color. As you should know, the CHIANTI color is only available for the kids. The great thing, though, is that the color is such a vibrant red and they are simply gorgeous. Look at the zipper color too. Louis Vuitton and Gwen Stephani's L.A.M.B line has this multi-color zipper detail. Anyway, the boots are beautiful and the shearling is thick and soft. You have to see them to believe it. In fact, you should order them, and should you have doubts, return them, it's free for 1 year anyway with Zappos. Anyway, I'm sure all you ladies want to know how the sizing goes, so this is what you should know. If you normally wear 6.5, order these in Youth 4. If you normally wear 7.5, order these in youth 5. So, for what it is worth, I like these shoes quite a bit. They fit well, are very comfortable, and take little breaking in. I trained and ran a marathon in two pairs of these, and had no complaints.
