Very little support. Very uncomfortable. Advertised as cross trainer but extremely flimsy and not well suited for this activity.

These are the most comfortable slip on shoes I have ever purchased. They are true to size. I will be buying a second pair.

Good shoe - Comfortable shoe. The holes in the side of the soles collect and show dust pretty bad. Other than that, I can't speak on long term wear as I have not had them long, but craftsmanship seems great.
