Zappos to the rescue. She really finds these shoes comfortable- no more sore feet or knees, and they need very little break in time. It was just fun that we were able to get her size in her school colors. That may be an isolated incident, but I have heard others complaining that the shoe is uncomfortable and loses tread quickly.
