I usually fit into a US size 15 and about an EEE width. I ordered the size 15 4E and they fit well but the width didn't quite feel like a 4E, just a shade narrower as mentioned in other reviews. They do feel a bit longer than a size 15, but only by about 1/2 size. The MT570s are light and comfortable. The more I wear them the more they soften up and become comfortable. The tread is aggressive and great for asphalt and especially trails and loose packed dirt. I could use a bit more arch support but they have a sufficient amount to be comfortable. I wasn't too sure about the color on the website at first, but when they arrived (Zappos' service is, as always, unparalleled!), I loved them. I use these for daily wear, not for their intended use as trail runners, but in the past month or so since I've had them, they have shown no sign of wear and tear in any way, and they resist water well. By the same token, they are a bit heavy and don't breath too well, but since I don't care about either of those, they work wonderfully for me. If you want a pair of good looking, well fitting, and sturdy pair of everyday shoes, you can't go wrong with the MT570s. Love these shoes, love NB, LOVE Zappos! This shoe has excellent tread traction for walking on gravel paths that are easy to moderate in difficulty. I have high arches and need 4E width, and these shoes fit nicely and are very comfortable. They only lack ankle support and I'm still not completely sold on the brown/orange color scheme (although others have told me they look great). It’s like floating on air! It has like little bumps under your feet that make you want to walk. The shoe is lightweight with a really comfortable fit. I would recommend getting max width because it says 4E, but feels a little snug for a 4E. All in all, I was well pleased and when I order now, I get 4E on all my orders.
