I'm a personal trainer, and it has become my favorite "in the studio" shoe. It comes in a D width, which is a requirement for me. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size large, and that was a good idea. The only drawback is that my feet are pretty tired at the end of the day because it doesn't have much support. I have had many compliments on the cute pattern and lighter style of this shoe - although the one I purchased from Zappos has a slightly different foot lining, but still comfortable. I have multiple foot problems and surgery and need the perfect balance of support and softness and this shoe does meet those needs. I can pretty much wear it all day with comfort - I would recommend it. They are extremely comfy right out of the box, but I did get some irritation on my ankle the first few times I wore them. They definitely run a 1/2 to 1 full size smaller than marked. I usually wear 11 - 11 1/2 wide; I ordered these in 12 and they JUST fit. I would almost hesitate to say that they are wide, because they don't really feel very wide but they still fit okay on me. I usually walk 2-4 miles at a time, and these shoes make the trip very comfy. They are so comfortable. I work as a nurse and I have no issues with my feet. Now I have bought the cream colored ones with the feminine details. I received numerous compliments on them today. They were comfortable right out of the box! I've had to order 1/2 size up in this style. Make MORE pretty styles and funky looking 790s!!! Don't stop making them either!
