Look:I was informed of your web site by an employee of a New Balance store when they did not have my size in stock. He says he is a former Zappo\\\'s employee! Am I thankful to him for this!! Look:I've had 2 foot surgeries and now wear custom orthotics. Also have to be very careful to get shoes with good support. Since my foot has widened out (a lot) since the surgeries, I now wear a EEE width, which is impossible to find in a regular shoe store. This is my fourth pair of New Balance shoes from Zappos.com and I have ordered EE, EEE and this latest time, EEEE width. They no longer make EEE width, so I just wear 2 pairs of socks. It's only 1/8" difference. I play tennis a lot, and these are comfortable from the moment they come out of the box. I have to keep buying new ones often because hard courts are murder on the soles. Customer service is outstanding and even though these shoes are pretty expensive, they fit and are comfortable. What more could you ask for? I am a huge fan of Zappos and as long as they sell these weird sizes and widths, they will have me as a customer. Look:This is my second or third pair of these, so obviously I like them. I wear them to the gym and for tennis. The fit is great for narrow feet and they 11 is spot on. Lots of companies making 11s are cutting them too short, NB included, but not on this style! Look:Best sneaker I've ever owned. I work on floor for 12 hours a day. As soon as I received them the fit was so good you would never think they were new as far as a breaking in period. Very comfortable. I have to also add I have very bad arthritis in my knees and these two days I have worn them, my knees were pain-free when I got home, unlike previous days where I was sore. Look: Not the most stylish shoe, but if you want a supportive and comfortable shoe for a lot of walking then this is it. I have a very wide foot, and this is the best fitting workout shoe I've ever worn. There was no break in period. They fit perfect right out of the box. Look:I bought these shoes for aerobic and sculpting workouts. I recently was diagnosed with a bunion and I have used orthotics in these shoes with no problem. The shoe itself is nice and clean looking to me, mostly white, with some light blue. They are a bit heavy though. I really like how supportive they are and the stability control. When doing things like side lunges, they are great. They are also very nicely cushioned. The only thing that I don’t really like is that when I do front and rear lunges, the leather above the toes is not very giving. Look:After a few returns (no fault of zappos), I finally got my size right. It will vary from shoe to shoe… these are 9 1/2WW, normally I’m 9WW. These run a little small in width so went to half size. I ended up with a 1/2 size smaller as I was able to get the actual width needed. I've had lots of NB shoes for avid walking. This is the best looking 4E shoe I've had but not the most comfortable. It is a bit less comfortable as the leather upper is still a bit stiff. Footbed also doesn't seem as cushioned but it is very stable and for the most part I'm very happy. We will see how it wears over the next 6 months. I use Superfeet for best arch support. These are the fourth pair of athletic shoes I have ordered and I was glad to finally find a pair that had the comfort I was hoping for. The lower cut design at the back of the shoe is great. All of the other pairs I tried came up very high and rubbed uncomfortably on the back of my ankle. I generally have a lot of heel pain after exercising and it has been greatly reduced since I started wearing these. This was my first time shopping with Zappos and I was extremely pleased. Look:I'm very disappointed. From outward appearance I love the shoe. However, that's as far as it goes. I ordered 8 1/2 EEEE as I have a very wide foot that is hard to fit. I usually just get a EEE but my feet have been swelling a lot. I didn't have any trouble with the fit. They were very heavy and my feet are still hurting so bad after wearing them all afternoon. They weren't too tight or anything they just caused my feet to hurt. These are going back. Look:This NB is bigger than others of the same size and width (both width and length are bigger). When I bought it I bought several others at the same time to compare; it was the best as the others were too narrow, but I continually trade this one off with my older shoes as I walk 4 miles daily. My feet get very hot in them when I walk. They are my least favorite; although I am a loyal NB user. I bought them because an article recommended them as the best athletic shoes for weight training, and I agree 100% with that. Where I feel the most difference is when doing squats and lunges - I feel very stable in these shoes and felt that I could increase my weights because of that. My custom-made orthotic fits while still giving wiggle room. I did find them shorter than my regular shoes--had to order a half size larger than normal. I got them in size 9W, and they are all right on my wide feet, however, the toe box is a little small, so they would probably be better in 1/2 size larger. Still, I like the simple look (hate the "space age" unnecessary stuff), plus they are all-leather, which I prefer to synthetic perforated material. The shoes are very light. Overall, I would say they are a bit less roomy than my very old Reeboks, though the Reeboks were in regular size 9 (not 9W). I would recommend this trainer for its look alone, and they are also pretty comfortable, all things considered.
