I am a serious exercise addict..with some foot issues also. I choose the Nike Air Max Refresh +3 based on the reviews. I like this shoe but I have been wearing the air max 360 and for the intense workouts I do find it a better shoe for me. This shoe is very good but doesn\'t give me the support and cushioning the the 360 does. This shoe is lighter and a little bigger in the toe area making me have to lace them tighter when I run. I workout with a trainer during crossfit 3 hours a week and also workout at the gym doing cardio and other exercise 5 days a week. If you are a air max 360 wearer you will want to stick to that shoe. This is a good shoe but after wearing the other I would choose the 360 over the refresh+3. The style is of the shoe is very sporty and clean. I didn\'t care for the wild colors of the air max 360 this year and that is the reason I didn\'t buy them again. Hopefully they will come back down to earth with their colors.\r\n\r\nHope this reveiw is helpful

Comfort and Style - It provides comfort and style and what I especially like about this style is it makes you feet appear smaller-streamline. A winner.

Nice shoes - I like the shoes; however, with Nikes I always have to buy a half size larger for the length. I am a little worried now that I have worn these a couple of times they are starting to slip on my heel. Nice looking shoes, very comfortable, but I always have to be careful with Nike.
