Look:I love Zappos because of the faster than fast delivery and no shipping charges. They are, by far, the best company to deal with. Look:I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel so it is difficult for me to find shoes, especially workout shoes, that work for me. I tried two other New Balance styles, a Ryka and an Asics. Look:I absolutely love these cross training shoes! I saw them recommended by a fitness trainer in a fitness magazine in May, 2009 and decided to try them. It is a bonus that they come in size 2A for my narrow feet because this is the first pair of athletic shoes that have really been truly comfortable in my over 25 years of consistent workouts. I wanted something I can wear for the gym group classes I take like Zumba, step and kick boxing; they are perfect for the plyometrics, dancing and lateral movements plus provide excellent arch and total foot support all around, with the latter assisted by the additional webbing feature of the shoe. I can also wear them back into the regular gym floor for my use of the various aerobic machines (treadmill, elliptical, rowing and bike) in addition to weight training. These shoes are really cute and stylish in the 2 pair of silver/cranberry color I now own. I just noticed there is a black/blue color I am hoping to find soon as well. Look:I ordered these as gym shoes, especially for indoor aerobics. Based on reviews of other New Balance trainers (there weren't any reviews of this model when I ordered), I ordered a 10.5W instead of my usual 10W. The width is good, but the shoes are a bit too long. The fit around the heel is nicely snug (but not too snug), and these do offer a lot of support for side-to-side motions. There is a ton of room in the toe box, though - even if the shoes were a half size smaller, the shape of the shoe is such that there would still be a lot of room around the toes. It takes some getting used to. As for the aesthetics, it's kind of so-so, but that doesn't bother me. Especially considering the price. They have absolutely no arch support and they have WAY too much silver on them. The picture appears more white than silver to me, but they are not. I sent them back as soon as I opened the box. I also tried them on since they appeared big, and they are about 1/2 size larger than marked. I always wear a 7 and these fit more like a 7.5 or even an 8 to me. Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Keen, Merrell, Chaco Top
