Look:Good shoe, especially for the price. I used to run in Asics, but have found them to not be worth the price. I tried Saucony on a whim years ago and continue to return to them time after time. I usually go for cushion in a running shoe and Saucony has plenty to choose from. I tried Jazz 12 (as recommended by Zappos) and found it to have adequate cushion for downhill, pavement pounding. Saucony is a "stiff" but comfortable shoe, which I like. By "stiff" I mean lots of support, they fit well, no blisters after a long run. I also like the long toe box, less toenail loss! I really like their trail shoes as well; long wearing, again with lots of cushion. Look:I have run thousands of miles in Saucony Jazz shoes ... They are the ultimate in my opinion ... like putting wings on your feet ... great fit, great support, and so very light ... I get a lot of miles from each pair ... can\'t say that about other brands I\'ve tried over the years ... I highly recommend this shoe ... hope Saucony never stops making the Progrid Jazz ... Look: A shoe I can put on and wear instantly. I am not a runner but I need the cushion and this has it. It is true to size every time and has good support. Look:I was stuck on buy another brand for years because I\'m a 10.5 and it\'s next to impossible to find that size and also comfortable fit. I LOVE these sneakers. I have been a fan of Saucony for years and have mostly worn the old Saucony Jazz. They are almost impossible to find now, so I gave these a try. I ran 20 miles in them this week and will run a 1/2 marathon in them this weekend. They are comfortable, with good cushion in the heel, and good midsole support. They seem to run a little larger in size than the Jazz and Omni, but are a great shoe at a great price. Better than Saucony Grid Cohesion, comparable to New Balance WR 805 and New Balance WR858. I hosted a running shoe, 'fit-test' party. Six other women tested and believed this shoe to be comparable to NB WR 805 and NB WR 858, in terms of comfort and cushion (some said better, some said worse). It was unanimous though that New Balance and Saucony were far inferior, in terms of cushion, comfort, and fit, to Adidas, Nike, Mizuno, and Asics. Least to best, and all neutral or underpronator running shoes, are Saucony Grid Cohesion NX W, Saucony Progrid Jazz 12, Adidas Duramo W, Adidas Supernova Cushion 7W, Nike Pegasus 25, Mizuno WaveRider 11, and most comfortable, cushioned shoe of all, Asics Gel Nimbus 10. Each of these shoes may have their pros and cons about 'breathability,' 'durability,' and 'looks,' but in terms of Comfort and Cushion, the Asics were definitely a winner. Main problem with the Asics Gel Nimbus 10 is that it runs narrow, so many preferred the Mizuno WaveRider 11, even though it was less cushioned. As for Saucony, they feel great until you try on other brands.
